1 p.m. parking closures:
- Iowa Avenue, between Clinton and Gilbert
- Washington Street, between Clinton and Gilbert
1:30 p.m. parking closures:
- Jefferson Street, between Gilbert and Dodge
- Iowa Avenue, between Gilbert and Dodge
- Washington Street, between Gilbert and Dodge
- College Street, between Gilbert and Dodge
- Van Buren Street, between Jefferson and Burlington
- Johnson Street, between Jefferson and Burlington
4 p.m. parking closures:
- Jefferson Street, between Clinton and Gilbert
- Dubuque Street, between Jefferson and Washington
- Linn Street, between Iowa and College
