The University of Iowa Department of Biology is hosting a Homecoming Event for alumni and friends of the department on Friday, September 26, 2025!

Biology Tour: 3:30-4:15pm, Biology Building East Lobby
Receive a tour of the Biology Building and Biology Building East
Tour will begin in the Biology Building East Lobby and will include visiting our Greenhouse, a research lab, teaching lab, and the Carver Center for Imaging.

Social Gathering: 4:00-5:30pm, Biology Building East Lobby
Join us for a social gathering with current department faculty, staff, and students. Feel free to come and go anytime between 4:00-5:30pm. Refreshments and Biology swag will be provided.

You and your guests are invited! RSVP HERE by Monday, September 15 for one or both events.
NOTE: The UI Homecoming Parade begins at 5:45pm in downtown Iowa City near the Biology Building and Biology Building East. For additional details on the parade and other Homecoming events and activities, visit homecoming.uiowa.edu.
